Inner Cell Solutions is two engineers who think the best software comes from the shortest possible line between the person who owns the problem and the people writing the code.
There's a gap most small businesses fall into. On one side, off-the-shelf software that almost fits but never quite does. On the other, custom development priced for companies with a budget line for it. Plenty of good businesses get stuck in the middle — too big for the spreadsheet, too small for the six-figure quote. That gap is the reason we exist.
A lot of the owners we talk to feel a step behind on technology, like everyone else got a manual they missed. You don't need one. Part of our job is translating — explaining the options in plain language, telling you what's worth doing now and what can wait, and never making you feel like you should already know.
We also went the other way from most agencies. Inner Cell Solutions is deliberately two people, each owning a full half of the stack. When you hire us, you're not handed off to a team you'll never meet. You talk to the engineers, you get answers from the engineers, and the engineers stay responsible for what they ship.
It means we take on fewer projects. It also means the ones we take on get built carefully, by people who actually care how they turn out.
There are two of us — and that's not shorthand for a small team with contractors behind it. It's literally two people who write every line ourselves.
Beau
I build the part you actually click around in — your site or your app — and I run the servers and hosting underneath it, so it keeps working at 2am without either of us having to think about it. If you can see it or touch it, it's usually mine.
Ashley
I handle everything under the surface — the database, the APIs, and the logic that turns a good-looking screen into something you can trust to run your business. Roughly: from the API down is me, everything above it is Beau, and we overlap in the middle.
That's the whole company. When you email, one of us reads it. When something breaks, the person who built that part is the one who fixes it. There's nobody in between — and that's the entire point.
